Dynamy,
Inc.: Dynamy's Internship Year accepts young people, ages
17 to 22, from across the country for a nine month long residential
program which includes full-time student internships, a wilderness
(Outward Bound or Boojum Institute) expedition, individual advising
and mentoring, community service, group meetings, and optional

Crossroad: Global Crossroad offers a variety of placements

Global
Service Corps: Global Service Corps (GSC) is a nonprofit international
volunteer organization providing service-learning opportunities

Habitat
for Humanity: Habitat for Humanity International is a nonprofit,
ecumenical Christian housing ministry. HFHI seeks to eliminate
poverty housing and homelessness from the world, and to make decent

Samaritans: A telephone befriending service in search of nonjudgmental
listening and support people. Samariteens is a special part of
the service dedicated to assisting teens in despair. This help
line is free, confidential and staffed by teenage volunteers who
are trained to be compassionate and supportive listeners. Samariteens
provides peer support and understanding to those facing the particular
